Modo + Yin

Who This Class is For: This class is accessible to everyone—from first-timers to seasoned practitioners. If you’re new to yoga, this is a great place to start, and is also challenging enough for more experienced yogis.

Modo + Yin combines the best of both worlds—movement and stillness, with strength and relaxation. The class begins with the standing series from our core Modo practice, designed to build strength, endurance, and flexibility, then transitions into a calming Yin practice, where deep, floor-based stretches are held for longer periods to enhance flexibility and release tension.
