There is a class for everyone at Modo Yoga - from beginners to advanced students. Based on the therapeutic and traditional teachings of yoga, classes are fun, accessible and challenging. All classes are held in a heated room unless otherwise noted.
Are you ready to take your first class at a Modo Yoga studio, but not sure which to take? The Modo classes are a great place to start! All Modo Yoga classes are built on the foundation of our Modo series, a sequence of about 40 postures and breathing exercises. Each class is designed to open, strengthen and relax the entire body.
The focus of the standing series is to build strength, balance and endurance.
The focus of the floor series is to strengthen the upper body, abdominal muscles, joints and spine.
