Who This Class is For: This class is accessible to everyone—from first-timers to seasoned practitioners. If you’re new to yoga, this is a great place to start, and is also challenging enough for more experienced yogis.

Modo is our core hot yoga practice, and features 40 carefully chosen postures. This accessible sequence offers a cardiovascular workout, with each posture held for 30-45 seconds on each side to enhance muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility.
