TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL MONTHLY AUTO-RENEW MEMBERSHIPS

• No long-term commitment.
• Initial month payment required on date of purchase – membership activates upon first use.
• After first use and initial calendar month, membership rolls over to a month-to-month renewal.
• Membership cancellation MUST be submitted in writing to info@modoyogacolumbus.com.
• 30 Day Cancellation Notice Required. After written cancellation submission – any renewals due to process in the next 30 days will go through.
• For monthly auto-renew memberships, pauses allowed up to two times within one calendar year for a minimum of 14 days and maximum of 60 days.
• If written cancellation submission occurs during membership pause, cancellation fee in amount of one regular month renewal applies.
