Membership Terms & Conditions (Annual, Monthly Auto-Renew and Intro Offers):
All sales are final: All forms of memberships (Annual, Monthly Auto-Renew and Intro Offers) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Activation Date: Initial month payment required on date of purchase – membership activates upon first use.
Pausing Membership: Pauses allowed up to two times within one calendar year for a minimum of 14 days and maximum of 60 days.
Late Cancel/No-Show Fees: All Unlimited Memberships are subjected to a $10 no-show fee and a $10 late cancel fee if class cancellation occurs less than 2 hours before the class start time. Limited Memberships lose the class credit if class cancellation occurs less than 2 hours before the class start time.
Additional Membership Terms & Conditions for Monthly Auto-Renew Memberships:
Renewal: After first use and initial calendar month, Monthly Auto-Renew membership rolls over to a month-to-month renewal at the rate of the Recurring Payment Amount.
Payment: You authorize you are signing up for a Monthly Auto-Renew membership, taken out in monthly installments authorizing CDUYOGA1 LLC, d/b/a Modo Yoga Columbus to automatically charge the required amount to the debit/credit card on file. Monthly charges will continue until written notice is provided to CDUYOGA1 LLC d/b/a Modo Yoga Columbus via e-mail to info@modoyogacolumbus.com.
30 Days Written Notice of Cancellation Required. Monthly Auto-Renew Membership cancellation MUST be submitted in writing to info@modoyogacolumbus.com. After written cancellation submission – any renewals due to process in the next 30 days will go through. If written cancellation submission occurs during membership pause, cancellation fee of the Recurring Payment Amount applies.
