I love the Modo community because it’s full of kind, hard-working, inspiring individuals that constantly encourage me to take care of myself AND do what I can for others. It’s truly taught me that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.
To create a space for people to get to know themselves. When I began my practice, it’s like I was saying “Hello!” to my body for the first time. Acknowledging and taking the time to focus on all of my different parts and pieces has shown me that I am a unique individual. I now recognize and appreciate how beautiful that is. That’s what I want others to feel too.

I’d rather be a tree. Preferably a huge evergreen, old & weathered. That way I could feel the dirt in between my toes and the sun on my top every single day.
I’d start my morning in the hot room at Modo for a nice sweat . I’m sure my “self led class” would turn into more of a one person dance party (those speakers crank). On my way back home, I would stop by Winan’s to make myself a chai and swoop some chocolates. Once home, I’d eat my chocolates in a bubble bath then take a short nap. Upon waking I would fancy myself up a bit for a picnic in Schiller park. On the menu would be a bangin’ charcuterie board, lobster, and endless wine. Finally, I’d take myself out dancing to some jazz or funk music. Ideally, I would get my hands on buffalo shrimp with blue cheese dip for a night cap and be in bed by ten 🙂
I love feeling powerful while simply standing, so Tadasana – mountain pose.
Tough one. Jk. It would be the Sycamore. Not exaggerating, I eat there 5 times a week and still want more! Thank goodness I work there too lol. Two words. Banana tartlet 🍌🤤
