A graduate of the National Ballet School, Brendan was immediately drawn in by the challenge and discipline of asana practice. After over a decade of stepping on and off the mat, Brendan is grateful for all the teachers that have helped guide him to a stronger and more flexible mind and body. While his teaching practice is rooted in the physical, Brendan aspires to share the same compassion and understanding that has been demonstrated to him over the years. Brendan is inspired by beginners and experienced practitioners alike. He is curious and eager to learn and grow with whoever decides to enter the studio to share their practice.
