Cathy Buchanan


Cathy is a mother, a writer, a lover of nature, art and words, a life-long learner and a mind in training. For her, yoga is a practice, a challenge, a community, a builder of inner and outer strength, and a path to a fuller, healthier life. She first stepped onto a yoga mat 20 years ago, and knows the power of mindful breath and coordinated movement to transform a spirit.

In the studio, she aims to help her students discover the peace, joy and strength that come with regular practice and strives for each student to feel better on leaving than when they stepped through the door.
