Jay Andrews is a Musician and Producer based in Toronto, Canada. After 20 years as a touring musician, he found Meditation and Yoga through his recovery from addiction and it’s root causes. What started as a therapeutic tool quickly turned into a daily practice that has allowed him to live a more open life, one day at a time. After re-evaluating his relationship with music, he was introduced to Nada Yoga, and today blends the two worlds, combining rhythm, sound and music with Asana, breath and meditation. Jay is also trained in Realization process non-dual embodiment and trauma release techniques as well as numerous methods of meditation and listening practices for self-realization. Life is music. He is forever grateful to the many practices and philosophies of Yoga, Buddhism, Sacred Sound and music, and is excited to share this journey with all of you.
