My exploration into yoga started when I was at the University of Western studying Kinesiology. Since then I’ve grown increasingly curious about the body, the mind, the connection, and human beings as a whole. After nearly 10 years as a practitioner I became a teacher in 2017 when I finished Modo Level 1 in Kelowna, BC. A couple years later I indulged my love for travel with purpose and joined Modo Paris in their debut Flow training. I recently took time away from teaching to become a Massage Therapist and am excited to join the Danforth community. You can expect a therapeutic approach to class where information learned through my massage practice is infused into sequences. My hope is that you leave feeling both energized and rested; oscillating somewhere around balanced.
