Rebecca Diab grew up as a dancer, constantly moving her body, but it wasn’t until after having a concussion and moving through the healing process that she began to understand what it meant to be embodied, which was much different. Her curiosities led her to complete 500 hours of yoga teacher training along with restorative training. She is continuously fascinated by the body’s wisdom and its innate capacity to heal along with finding our deepest truth and expression. She has created classes like Soul Movement for the Wild Woman for women to explore and reclaim their wildness. As a teacher, Rebecca is interested in creating safe spaces where students can let go of judgement, shame, and limiting beliefs, allowing themselves to enter into the sacred dance we all innately know – the dance of life, breath, movement, and devotion.
