I rediscovered yoga in a different light during a difficult time in my life. A return to my mat
offered me a chance to slow down, reconnect and make the conscious decision to choose a
different path for myself. The mental and emotional benefits, the physicality of the asana
practice, aligned with a like-minded community were key to discovering my purpose: To share
the transformative practice of yoga with others through breath, movement and connection.
In October 2018 I began my teacher training journey with Modo Level 1 in Montreal. Since then,
I completed a degree in Psychology as well as my Modo Flow and Modo Calm training. The
meditation and breathwork aspect of the Calm training sparked a deep interest in myself and the
forever learner in me is currently absorbing as much information as I can in these areas!
