Core Flow

Our Core Flow classes give students an opportunity to try a different sequence than our more common Modo Flow series, with a specific focus on your core and functional movement. Every teacher will bring their own sequence and theme to class – the “core” focus can mean anything from abdominals, to pelvic floor, to your glutes + hips to activating your back chain – all taught with the fluidity you know and love in a flow class. Expect to be challenged, still suitable for all levels. Added music also.
