Rooted in the classical principles of Pilates, Hot Pilates classes at Modo Yoga Vancouver take a modern approach to adapt an accessible yet challenging strength building class using Pilates exercises—in the hot room! Using bodyweight and small equipment this class will deliver a full body workout with a promise that you will feel the burn. Similar to the traditional Modo Yoga class you can expect standing work as well as floor work, with options to add resistance to your exercises with band tension. And yes – you can expect great music and good vibes in every class!
