What do you love about teaching?
My first yoga experience left my mind and body feeling calm and strong. That kind of feeling is why I teach and what I hope to share with all my students. My classes have an emphasis on exploring strength in your mind and body while maintaining your breath. My goal is to get you out of your head and connected into your body.
What yoga trainings have you completed?
Modo, Modo Flow, Modo Level 2, Yin, and Modo Fit.
What Modo Pillar do you connect with the most?
Be Healthy. This pillar inspires me to stay active and make healthy choices for my mind, body and spirit.
What do you do besides teaching yoga?
My favourite activity outside of yoga is hiking and exploring the mountains with my pup.
