Andrea loves all things challenging. Whether it’s getting through a hard physical workout or sitting still, she’s curious about the body and mind and digs into what happens in between when the two are in relationship. She’s been teaching yoga since 2013 but is lifelong student of movement practices that helps build stronger bodies and minds.

When she is on her mat, yoga brings her home. It gets her out of her head and into her body and train for everything life has to offer.
