What do you love about teaching? 

My classes are a space to explore the sensations of being alive- body, breath, and mind. I love creating space for mindfulness and meditation. My intention is that you leave class feeling grounded, centered, and connected to a sense of inner strength and peace.

Modo, Modo Flow, Freestyle Flow, Yin, Mindfulness Meditation, Trauma Informed for Kids & Youth.

What Modo Pillar do you connect with the most?

Be Peace- Practicing and teaching yoga is my offering for peace. My intention is to create small ripples that start with us on our matts, and ripple out into our communities and world, creating peace, kindness, and understanding one practice at a time.

What do you do besides teaching yoga?

I write poetry and create art. I love being in nature, books, and ginger tea.
