What do you love about teaching? 

I love teaching my students the importance of using a balanced breath, and how it can benefit us all, both physically and mentally. “Our Breath” the essence of life, so simple and so accessible, and the most invaluable tool we all possess in our tool box of life.

What yoga trainings have you completed?

Modo Level 1 training in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua, Modo Fit in Burnaby, and Yin Yoga with Bernie Clarke.

What Modo Pillar do you connect with the most?

Live to Learn. I “Live to Learn” everything and anything to do with maintaining good health in all aspects of the word! I love sharing health tips, remedies and discoveries amongst our yoga sangha.

What do you do besides teaching yoga?

I love riding my bicycle exploring and enjoying all the sights and scenes in our beautiful city of Vancouver. East Van is the hub of the wheel, as you can ride in any direction and be where you need to be, without the use of a car.

What’s your favourite after yoga treat?

I love the variety of eateries on the corner of Fraser and Kingsway, but tapas at Les Faux Bourgeois is my favorite.
