Reformer Jumpboard is an energizing, low-impact cardio Pilates class that combines the precision of Reformer work with the exhilaration of dynamic jumping. Using the jump board attachment, you’ll move through rhythmic, plyometric-style sequences while lying on the Reformer—allowing you to elevate your heart rate without placing stress on the joints.

This class focuses on building powerful lower-body strength, core stability, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. Expect athletic sequencing, playful transitions, and a strong emphasis on breath, control, and alignment. Spring resistance provides both support and challenge, helping you move safely while generating heat and momentum.

While fun and upbeat, this class still stays rooted in Pilates principles—encouraging mindful movement, balanced muscle engagement, and full-body integration. Modifications and options are offered, but prior Reformer experience is recommended due to the faster pace and dynamic nature of the class.
