We are honoured to welcome Ryan Leier into our space for a rare and deeply enriching extended practice.
A dear friend and longtime teacher within our community, Ryan brings over two decades of devoted study, grounded in the lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya. As a senior student of Srivatsa Ramaswami, his teaching carries the depth, clarity, and integrity of a living tradition — offered in a way that feels both accessible and profoundly meaningful.
This immersive experience invites you to move beyond the surface of asana and into the heart of the practice.
Through a thoughtful interplay of movement and stillness, Ryan will guide you in exploring the relationship between breath, body, and awareness — offering insight into what yoga truly is, beyond the shapes.
This practice will weave together:
• Discourse on the history and philosophy of yoga
• Classical vinyasa sequences rooted in tradition
• Pranayama (breathwork) to steady and refine the nervous system
• Introduction to bandhas and mudras
• Vedic chanting and mantra recitation
• Meditation practices to integrate body, breath, and mind
Both grounding and expansive, this offering is designed to meet you where you are while gently deepening your experience.
Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or newer to the practice, this is a rare opportunity to study with a teacher whose presence invites both inquiry and connection.
Space is limited. We encourage early registration.
