Bio: Angela has been practicing yoga since 2000. The majority of her practice has been with Modo Yoga as
she feels it offers the greatest balance between physical, mental, and spiritual health for overall well-
being.

With over 25 years’ experience as an osteopathic manual practitioner and registered massage
therapist she has an extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology to help guide her teachings.
Practicing at an Ashram in India further demonstrated the benefits yoga offers to empower oneself and
heal from within.

She is active in running and triathlon, and loves to travel. She spends most of her time
with her Partner Shane, and the best doggy in the world, Jethro.
