Bio: Mary’s journey with yoga began quietly in 2005, in the corners of a high school classroom where her English teacher first introduced her to the practice. She didn’t know it then, but a seed had been planted—one that would grow into a lifelong inward journey.
Years later, in 2012, Mary stepped into her first studio class at Modo Yoga Square One. As she crossed the threshold, something within her softened—her shoulders released, her breath deepened. It felt as though her body had recognized a place her heart had long been seeking. That studio space became a sanctuary, gently inviting her to go deeper.
In 2022, Mary answered that call and completed her 200-hour Modo Yoga Teacher Training.
Her classes are heartfelt offerings—gentle invitations to return to yourself, to listen closely, and to move with the breath as your guide. Mary holds space for stillness and inner unfolding, for the quiet remembering of who we’ve always been beneath the noise.
It is her joy and purpose to support others on their own inward journeys—with compassion, presence, and a love that lingers long after the mat is rolled up.
