Bio: Over two decades ago, yoga entered Megan’s life as a complement to her half-marathon training. At the time, it was a way to balance the rigors of running—but the practice would grow to become something much deeper.
In 2011, while raising her five-year-old daughter and running her restaurant “Camp” in Toronto’s Baby Point neighborhood, she joined the Modo Yoga community. From her very first classes, she felt an immediate connection—not just to the practice, but to the welcoming and supportive environment that surrounded it. Yoga became a sanctuary—a space for personal reflection, growth, and restoration.
By 2016, her practice deepened with more focused intent and consistency. Today, yoga and Pilates remain a vital part of her life, offering a profound sense of mind-body-breath connection, inner peace, and joy.
What began as a way to support her physical training has evolved into a lifelong journey of self-awareness—and now, the great privilege of guiding others. Teaching these practices continues to be one of the most humbling and fulfilling experiences of her life.
