Hi everyone! I’m Natalie, and I’m so grateful to be a Community Experience Coordinator here and part of the Modo Yoga Erin Mills community. I am an educator and feel most fulfilled when I’m supporting others, building meaningful connections, and helping create welcoming, inclusive spaces. Yoga has become an important part of how I stay grounded and present — both in my work and in my everyday life.
When I’m not at the studio or in the classroom, you can usually find me reading a good book, travelling somewhere new, golfing, baking something sweet, or spending time with my family and our dog. I truly believe in the power of movement and mindfulness to help us show up as our best selves, and I’m so excited to share that journey with you on and off the mat.
