This slow paced class brings balance to an active and/or stressful lifestyle. Stretch and surrender is a therapeutic practice where we focus on stretching deep down into the joints and connective tissues. Poses can be held 2-8 minutes and by utilizing stillness and relaxation, allows the practitioner to explore the depths of their stretch. This is an individualized practice that uses props and where practitioners are guided and encouraged to find the positions that best suit the needs of their own body. Reduced heat.
