TERMS & CONDITIONS – GENERAL

  • All passes are non-refundable & non-transferable
  • HST applicable and all prices are in CDN dollars
  • Class packages are good at Modo Yoga Etobicoke only and cannot be used at any other Modo studio
  • Class cards have 1 year expiry date, unless otherwise stated (e.g. Limited Edition Class cards)

TERMS & CONDITIONS – AUTO-RENEW MEMBERSHIPS

  • Billed monthly starting on purchase date
  • 3 month minimum commitment
  • Automatically renews monthly until notified in writing with 30 days’ cancellation
  • Unlimited classes (excludes Karma classes & workshops)
  • 1-2 complimentary hold per calendar year after first 3 payments and must be notified in writing at least 15 days in advance (up to 6 weeks total & unused time does not carry over)
  • Please advise of any credit card changes within 10 days of billing date (if payment fails, $25 fee will be added to balance owing)
