I always looked to yoga as a form of exercise, but I now see it as so much more. Yoga has really helped me to stay grounded and focused in life. I am a middle school teacher and my days are packed with planning, teaching and wanting the best for my students. I do everything I can to have students succeed to the best of their ability, and I truly believe that yoga has allowed me to do the same for myself. I am passionate about helping others, and practicing yoga has really helped me find my inner balance so that I can focus on my own personal growth.
I am excited to continue my journey through yoga so that I can continue seeing my own strengths, building more skills to help with my mental wellbeing, and continue working towards an overall calm and positive way of life.
