Kaeli started practicing Modo Yoga in 2012 as a means to find inner peace, grounding and physical & mental strength. Her previous career working on Bay Street in Corporate Real Estate was an exciting and stressful time driving the need for mental clarity and calmness.
The birth of her two boys created a new and exciting dynamic to her life as she continued to practice Yoga which helped bring a sense of calm, belonging, community and support during the often hectic times. Her practice helped her find new self-confidence and ease the anxiety felt in the everyday life of parenthood.
Kaeli is excited and grateful to be a part of the Modo Yoga Etobicoke team and looks forward to helping all of our members share in the Modo experience.
