Marianne Drury


I find yoga to be a fun way to improve both the mental and physical wellbeing at the same time. Many people in my life take part in yoga and love the benefits of it. I practice yoga to improve my strength and relax my mind. I like yoga even as just the simple practice of pausing, stretching, and focusing on my inner self. I live in such a fast-paced, frantic world, a yin yoga class helps me unwind and reground. I am looking forward to building a community of fellow yogis at Modo Etobicoke and developing my yoga practice.
