Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

• All passes are non-refundable & non-transferable
• HST applicable and all prices are in CDN dollars
• Class packages are good at Modo Yoga Etobicoke only and cannot be used at any other Modo studio
• Class cards have a 1 year expiry date, unless otherwise stated (e.g. Limited Edition Class cards)
• Karma classes & workshops excluded from all packages

AUTO-RENEW MEMBERSHIPS

• Billed monthly starting on purchase date
• 3-month minimum commitment then automatic renewal month-to-month
• We require at least 15 days notice in writing if you wish to cancel your membership. Please email us at: info@modoyogaetobicoke.com. We will send back a cancellation form that MUST be filled out and sent back in order to process cancellation.
• Early cancellation fee ($200+HST) applies if minimum 3 payments not fulfilled
• Karma classes & workshops excluded
• Please advise of any credit card changes within 10 days of next billing date (if payment fails, $25 fee will be added to balance owing)
