As we come into the New Year, many of us are seeking to move consciously into a new experience. We are invited to just do that with Lena Laforet who is a Modo Yoga faculty member and meditation practitioner in the Soto Zen tradition.

Lena will guide a half day program to help us reset for the coming year.  The program combines yoga, meditation, journaling, and other grounding practices.

The afternoon will allow all to define their intention for the year ahead, and enter 2021 with clarity and renewed.
