This 1-hour workshop focuses on Crow pose (Bakasana). We will cover
• proper warm-up
• wrist and shoulder alignment.
• transitions in and out of arm balances

At the end of the workshop, you will have a better understanding of how to lift your feet off the ground and get the great feeling of flying!

Beginners and advanced students are equally welcome.

Once a month, this class ( $15 dollar drop-|memberships|class pass) will focus on techniques and instructions for one specific pose. This is great for beginners or advanced students who want to fine-tune alignment or learn the proper way to approach more advanced asanas like Crow.
