Modo Yoga is a dynamic sequence of postures specifically designed to be practiced in the heat. It combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga in a room that is warm and humid (37C-39C) to allow for deep, safe stretching and detoxification. The Modo Yoga series is a cardiovascualr workout that loosens, strengthens and tones the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress. Suitable for all levels (modifications are offered so that you can advance at your own pace) and very beginner-friendly.
