In this workshop, you’ll be guided through Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) and restorative yoga — practices that support deep nervous system recovery without effort, sleep, or meditation. By inviting the body into stillness, stress hormones soften, the parasympathetic system takes the lead, and true restoration begins.
This is rest as medicine.
