Brooke had her first taste of yoga in 2012 and quickly fell in love with the practice. Brooke comes from a dance background and loves hot yoga because it encourages flexibility and the heat allows her to come deeper into poses. Brooke is drawn to mindfulness on her mat, her breath and the beauty of movement. Barre is Brooke’s favourite workout because in a short chunk of time, she can target all areas of the body, have fun, and it’s low-impact. She can’t wait to challenge you at the barre!
