Found Modo in 2017 to stretch and help find some space. I fell in love the very first class and I have never stopped coming. Energy Exchange team Modo Dundas 2017 / Energy Exchange Manager Modo Dundas 2019 / Yin training with Bernie Clarke in 2019 in BC / Jedi fight club training 2018-2022 and Modo Yoga Teacher Training 2022 in Gibson, BC. Yoga healed my body, my community my soul!
