The first time Julia stepped into MYH, she knew she wanted to be part of the community. She became an Energy Exchanger and then started working at the Front Desk. She is passionate about yoga and truly believes that the practice can change and improve your life. Yoga brought her a stronger mind-body connection, self-love, and movement for enjoyment. Julia took her passion for yoga to the West Coast and completed her Modo Yoga Teacher Training in Gibsons, British Columbia in October 2022.
