Laicie Walker

Yoga & Barre Instructor

Laicie loves yoga because it eases her busy mind, helps her to manage stress, strengthens all aspects of her being and reminds her how to be a compassionate person.

Beginning in 2012 Laicie immersed herself into the MYH community through various roles before Nicaragua Modo Yoga Teacher Training in 2015.

With a career in the education field, her skills help to assist children in exploring the benefits of yoga. Additionally, a strong performance/dance background enhances her Barre style which she also instructs.
