Shayna was looking for back pain relief from spinal fusion surgery she had as a youth. Yoga provided a gentle way to relax, stretch and strengthen all muscles to lead to an overall stronger body. One thing led to another and other benefits of the practice started to become evident and she was hooked. With increased mindfulness and overall peace within it was something she wanted to share with others. Shayna completed level one training in Montreal September 2016 and Flow training in Montreal August 2018. She feels so grateful to be able to share the practice and teaching experiences with her fellow instructor and partner Michael.
