I love instructing barre fitness classes whether it’s your first class or a regular member! You can always count on me to challenge yourself to deepen your fitness practice, with each tuck, lift and hold. You will feel muscles that you didn’t even know you had, feeling the burn, the shaking, and the best part of barre is discovering that you’re stronger than you think! I love creating musically-driven classes that focus on low-impact, small movements that strengthen and tone the entire body. Barre can be the start of your fitness journey and become part of your regular weekly workouts. I have been instructing since 2017 and I am a certified The Barre and Barre Essentials instructor.
