Yvonne Traas

Yvonne was invited by a friend to visit Burlington Modo yoga in 2015. After the first trial month, Yvonne was hooked and has enjoyed visiting many Modo Yoga studios in Canada. When not practicing, Yvonne is working as a Sales Leader for her corporation, taking her kids to sports or enjoying hikes and relaxing with her loved ones. The Modo Teacher training became accessible to Yvonne when Modo offered their Teacher Training online. Yvonne took the opportunity to deepen her practice and continued with the Modo Teacher training online. Though her yoga mat is home, Yvonne loves the hot room and continues to be a student both on and off her mat.
