Before pursuing chiropractic and acupuncture, Dr. Nicole loved yoga for how it made her feel. With over 20 years of yoga experience, Modo Yoga teacher training, and a deep anatomical understanding, she now integrates yoga into injury rehabilitation to promote a healthy, pain-free body. Certified in Prenatal Yoga and Yoga for Runners, she combines yoga’s benefits with science in her “YogAnatomy” classes, helping patients find relief, strength, and peace through practice.
