TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP

  • 4 month minimum commitments.
  • Billed monthly starting on purchase date.
  • Use begins with purchase.
  • After 30 days, membership rolls over to a month-to-month UNTIL notified in writing with a minimum of 30 days to cancel.
  • Allowed 1 free suspension every 6 month; each suspension is a minimum of 14 days; $25 freeze fee per suspension is applied after each free one.
  • $20 no-show fee.
  • Medical suspensions: no charge but requires a note and clearance to come back.
