When Lindsay discovered yoga, her first thought was, “If I keep this up I might actually be able to touch my toes one day!” As she built a deeper connection with her mind and body, yoga became so much more than a desire for increased flexibility and strength.
In 2012, after practicing Modo for five years, Lindsay completed her 500-hour Modo Yoga teacher training in Brazil, then went on to take Modo Flow training.
Lindsay’s style of teaching is anchored in movement with breath, creating a fun environment that challenges students to embrace where they are at and discover what’s possible. In her classes, Lindsay provides clear instruction and empowers students to be their own best teacher.
