Cassandra started taking yoga classes in 2009 after a friend introduced her to it; she instantly loved it. It wasn’t until 2015, when Cassandra moved from NY to California, that she decided to train to become a teacher. Around the time Cassandra completed her yoga certification, she seized the opportunity to train in Mat Pilates at a studio where she taught. Cassandra feels that Yoga and Pilates complement each other and is always in awe of the health benefits. She absolutely loves teaching and considers it a life-long community service.
