Kitty began her yoga practice in 2001 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She quickly found that yoga helped to rehab old sports injuries, and that conscious breathing improved her sleep and kept her mind clear.
After 4 years of personal practice, she knew she wanted to teach. In 2005 Kitty completed her first RYT-200 certification for Hot Yoga through Corepower Yoga in Minneapolis and began teaching. Since then, she has completed an RYT-200 for Vinyasa Yoga, and RYT-500 for Modo Yoga. Kitty is also certified in Modo Flow, Modo Calm, Yin, Yoga Sculpt, Align Barre, and Lagree Pilates.
