The Modo Moves 30 Day Challenge begins on April 1st, and we’d love for you to join us.
Modo Yogis from all over the globe will be participating, and we know from experience that doing things in a group not only helps keep you accountable to your goals… it’s also way more fun!
Each day in April, you’re encouraged to move your body in a way that feels good to you.
We suggest taking a Modo class at least 3-5 times/week, and aiming for 30 minutes/day of mindful movement on the days that you can’t make it to the studio. Whether it’s dancing around your kitchen, riding you bike, playing pickle ball with your friends, or taking a walk on a nearby trail – it all counts!
However you choose to move, you’ll get a checkmark on our studio challenge board for each day that you intentionally move your body.
