Breathwork is the practice of bringing awareness and conscious control to our own inhales and exhales. Research has shown that breathwork can be used effectively to help with depression, anxiety, headaches, back pain, concentration, immunity, insomnia, grief, trauma and so much more. This one-hour introduction will offer a general overview of the breathwork practice, as well as a short 15-minute practice. The event will end with Savasana accompanied by live music.
