Modo Yoga London has been my foundation through a life-changing journey and experience toward wellness. I have been a part of the Modo Community since 2015, starting out by practicing as a student and a volunteer through the Energy Exchange Program at both studios.

In July 2019, I travelled to Kelowna, B.C. to complete the amazing 4-week Modo Yoga Teacher Training Program. This step in my path was a profound experience that pushed me emotionally, physically and mentally. I am so very grateful to have had the opportunity to strengthen my practice so that I may be able to share the practice of yoga with others.

As a result, I believe that practicing yoga can be a form of peaceful social activism. When you come to your mat you are able to cultivate peace and empowerment within. You are then able to go out into the world and have a profound impact on others and the environment. This ultimately makes the world a better place for all.

I am so excited to lead you through the Modo sequence, and I am filled with gratitude to share with you the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga.
