I am a passionate individual with big dreams and goals in life. As a single mother of a bright little girl I adore with all my heart, I am also a student at King’s University College, working toward my Bachelor of Social Work.
I have been a part of Modo Community since 2015, practicing as a student and a volunteer at the studios with the Energy Exchange program. In July 2019, I took the big and amazing step by travelling to Kelowna, B.C. to complete the 4-week Modo Yoga Teacher Training Program.
Modo Yoga London has been my foundation of a life-changing journey and experience toward wellness. I am so excited to lead you through the Modo sequence, and I am filled with pride and gratitude to share with you the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga.
I believe the practice of yoga is a form of social activism. When people come to their mats, they are empowered to find peace within themselves. Then they can go out into the world and have a profound impact on others and the environment. This ultimately makes the world a better place for all.
I look forward to seeing you at the studio soon!
