My Modo journey began in 2010 when a colleague invited me to a class after work.  I had been going to gyms since my 20s, but this ignited something much different within me – the discovery that linking movement, breath and mind is powerful…life changing really.

I became a dedicated practitioner for the next 4 years, and then as my elementary school teaching career was concluding, I headed to Kelowna, B.C. for my first Modo training. In the years following, I have trained in Modo Flow, Yin, Restorative,  Pre-Natal yoga, and Therapeutic Yoga Intensive.
I love being outdoors any time of year.  In Winter, I enjoy skiing, snowshoeing and skating and in the warm weather months, my passions are camping, hiking, paddle boarding and gardening at River Forks. I bike and walk wherever I am able.  And of course, my yoga practice continues to be my mainstay of living in health.

Having moved to London a couple of years back, I am super grateful to be welcomed into the community at Modo Yoga London.  My goal in teaching is to help create some space for you, in your body and in your mind.  I’m really looking forward to guiding your practice.
