My luckiest day was on my 29th birthday when I won a 6-month membership to Modo Yoga London. I remember walking into the warm, inviting studio and quickly falling in love with the hot room. For years I have been athletic with a love of weights; however, I could not ignore the benefits my body and mind reaped from yoga. I had finally found what I had been missing. After years of being an annual member and then joining the Energy Exchange Program, I knew I needed more. I craved to know more about yoga, so I attended the intensive Moksha Yoga Teacher Training in Nicaragua, January 2016. In May of 2019, I completed the one-week Modo Flow Training in Paris, France. Since then, I have added Power by Bryan Kest and Yin with Bernie Clark to my thirst for knowledge.
When I am not spreading my love of yoga, I enjoy hiking and spending time with my Aussie-babies Ragnar, Steinar, and Thialvar, the loves of my life. I am passionate about being outdoors enjoying the beauty of Mother Nature with my Twelve-Paws.
Modo has always provided a safe and supportive home for me. I am honoured to be able to share my love of yoga, providing the same experience for every student who crosses the threshold of Modo Yoga London.
